Content Marketing Manager
About the job
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Manager to own and scale our SEO and Organic Growth strategy, turning it into a real revenue engine.
This role is not about filling a blog calendar. You will build and run a programmatic SEO and AI-powered content engine, lead our organic pipeline efforts, and write high-impact, thought-leadership content that positions SciSure as the category leader in lab digitization.
You will collaborate with external agencies and freelancers, while still being hands-on in writing key content pieces, executive narratives, and SEO-rich guides.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute SciSure’s SEO and organic growth strategy to increase qualified inbound traffic and pipeline.
Boost SciSure’s visibility in AI-generated responses (AI-SEO) through structured content optimization.
Plan, write, and optimize high-impact content (blogs, guides, executive narratives) for scientific and technical decision-makers.
Conduct keyword research and clustering to build an AI-assisted content roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Track and report content performance using GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs, with clear links to pipeline metrics.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and freelance/agency partners for scalable content production.
Implement and maintain technical SEO best practices, identifying quick wins and long-term improvements.
Align content efforts with Product Marketing to support messaging, product launches, and competitive positioning.
Ghostwrite executive content to support thought leadership and category creation.
Lead experimentation with new content formats, distribution tactics, and SEO innovations to accelerate growth.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, preferably with an SEO or growth focus
Experience in life sciences or working with scientific/technical audiences is a strong plus
Proven track record of driving measurable organic traffic and pipeline contribution from content
Strong writer with the ability to distil complex technical/scientific topics into clear, engaging narratives
Comfortable interviewing SMEs and executives, and ghost-writing thought-leadership content
Data-driven mindset and proficiency in tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Surfer/Frase, or similar
Fluent in English; bonus points for other languages.
