Why this role matters
This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives on execution, ownership, and collaboration with Sales. As Field Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead SciSure’s presence at European trade shows, events, and customer activations. From booth logistics and vendor management to campaign localization and follow-up coordination, you’ll own the process end-to-end.
You’ll work closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with regional priorities, make our story locally relevant, and turn awareness into pipeline. You’ll represent our brand out in the field — and bring back the insights to make us even better.
Your responsibilities
Plan and execute our presence at trade shows, conferences, and internal events across Europe
Manage logistics, vendors, shipments, and on-site support
Localize and deploy global campaigns for EMEA audiences
Align closely with Sales to support outreach and enablement
Coordinate the distribution of materials like case studies and one-pagers
Track performance via CRM tagging, lead reports, and feedback loops
Collaborate with content, product marketing, and growth teams to adapt materials
Support ABM efforts and post-event follow-up campaigns
What you bring
You have experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on field events or campaign execution. You're highly organized, practical, and energized by getting things done. You thrive in collaborative settings, particularly when working closely with commercial teams, and you enjoy traveling to support our events throughout Europe.
You’ll likely recognize yourself in the following:
You enjoy juggling multiple projects and timelines with confidence
You’re comfortable representing a brand on-site and building relationships
You have experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, ClickUp, or event platforms
You value flexibility, but also enjoy being part of a team on the ground
A life sciences background is a big plus, but not required.
Fluency in English is a must, and a second language such as Dutch, German, or French is a strong advantage.
