We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Specialist to support our SciSure’s financial planning, reporting, and compliance functions. This role is responsible for monitoring financial performance, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insights that guide business decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong technical finance skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports, statements, and forecasts to support decision-making.

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance, providing variance analysis and recommendations.

• Assist in developing and maintaining financial models for planning, forecasting, and investment evaluation.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in coordination with the accounting team.

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.

• Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for efficiency and savings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance.

• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting as needed.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and financial best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting.

• Strong knowledge of financial principles and reporting standards.

• Proficiency in financial software 

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
