Overview

SciSure is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation Team to support our growing customer base. In this customer-facing role, you will guide customers through a successful enterprise deployment of SciSure’s Health and Safety solution, translating real-world EHS and Lab Operations processes into scalable software workflows to increase efficiency and support safe and compliant practices. 

You will work closely with our customers’ EHS, lab operations, and compliance stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact from project kick off to go-live to support long-term adoption. You will partner cross-functionally with SciSure’s Commercial, Product, Customer Engagement and Support Teams to ensure value realization and identify areas of opportunity for growth and expansion. 

This role is well suited for someone with EHS and lab safety experience who enjoys solving problems, configuring systems, and partnering with customers to make a real impact on safety and compliance across organizations. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead high touchpoint, end-to-end enterprise implementation of SciSure’s Health and Safety solution from project kickoff through go-live. 

• Configure SciSure Health and Safety modules, including performing administrative system configurations, data imports, and QA/testing. 

• Translate health and safety processes, regulatory requirements, and organizational structures into system configurations. 

• Advise customers on industry best practices and recommendations for standardizing and scaling safety processes. 

• Identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in customer workflows and recommend practical solutions in alignment with the SciSure Platform. 

• Provide best-in-class support, with rapid turnaround times and effective communication. 

• Conduct training sessions and system walkthroughs for customer stakeholders and support a train-the-trainer framework for organizational rollout. 

• Implement change management tactics for a smooth transition to the SciSure application. 

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones. 

• Align with Customer Engagement to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation and support long-term adoption. 

• Maintain scalable, efficient, and high-quality delivery across the Implementation Team. 

About you

Qualifications 

• 2–5 years of experience in EHS, lab safety, compliance, implementation, consulting, or related field. 

• Familiarity with EHS concepts such as biosafety or chemical safety 

• Experience working directly with customers or internal stakeholders in a delivery, consulting, or support role, 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex processes into practical solutions. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• A keen eye for detail. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Biosafety background in life sciences, biotech, pharma, or academic research environments. 

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms or enterprise software. 

• Experience configuring or supporting workflows and data structures in software systems.
