We’re looking for a Key Account Manager / Business Developer who can connect scientific understanding with commercial ambition. You’ll work closely with clients in the life science industry to help them digitalize their laboratories and transform the way they work.

The role
As a Key Account Manager / Business Developer, you’ll drive SciSure’s commercial growth across the life science sector.
You’ll identify new business opportunities, build trusted partnerships, and guide customers through their digital transformation, from first contact to long-term collaboration.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, consultative selling, and strong relationship management skills.
Your impact
Develop and manage key customer relationships within your assigned region
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
Advise clients on digital lab solutions and present tailored product demos
Lead negotiations and manage enterprise-level tenders
Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver consistent value
Ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation together with internal teams
Provide field insights to help shape commercial and product strategy
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or account management
Proven record of achieving or exceeding commercial targets
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and digitalization
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Experience with ZoHo CRM or similar CRM tools
Nice to have
Experience with enterprise or tender-based sales
Multilingual (English, Dutch, German, or French)
Familiarity with digital lab or EHS software platforms
