Salary between €3.723 and €6.158, depending on your experience
Unlimited paid time off - recharge when and how you need it
€1.500 annual learning budget for courses, books, or conferences
Hybrid working policy from our HQ in Groningen, or remote from within the EU time zone
A product-driven culture where decisions are informed by users, data, and curiosity
The role
As a Product Manager, you’ll guide one or more key product domains from concept to launch - and beyond. You’ll collaborate with our engineering, UX, commercial, and professional services teams to translate scientific workflows into intuitive, scalable software solutions. From roadmap planning to hands-on feature refinement, you’ll balance long-term vision with execution detail. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll advocate for user value, ensure alignment across teams, and help us continuously evolve our platform based on feedback and market insight.
Responsibilities
Translate complex user needs into well-scoped product features and stories
Work with design and engineering teams to drive timely and high-quality feature delivery
Guide your product area across the full lifecycle - from ideation through release and iteration
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure roadmap alignment and shared understanding
Support commercial efforts by providing product insights, reviewing collateral, and joining demos
What you bring
You combine product management experience in a software or SaaS setting with genuine interest in scientific workflows or laboratory processes. With a bachelor’s degree or higher - ideally in life sciences - you bring analytical thinking, structure, and curiosity into every phase of product development. You’re confident navigating between business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or ProdPad, and familiarity with ELN, LIMS, or EHS systems are all valuable - but what truly matters is your ability to listen, synthesize, and deliver.
You likely recognize yourself in some of the following:
You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
You enjoy shaping roadmaps and balancing user needs with business priorities
You’re pragmatic, proactive, and take ownership of outcomes
