Recruiter (Part-time)

We are seeking a people-focused Recruiter (part-time, 20 hours/week) to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable managing the full recruitment cycle. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers across the organization to attract top talent and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process globally (Europe & US), from intake to offer stage
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Post job postings and manage candidates across multiple recruitment channels
Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate data and reporting in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)• Support employer branding initiatives and local talent outreach efforts
Collaborate on process improvements to ensure a high quality of hire and great candidate experience.
Build a KPI focused recruitment reporting structure for hiring managers and Leadership
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in global recruitment (in-house or agency); experience in tech/SaaS, is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with minimal supervision
Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
