As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who’s excited to open doors, start conversations, and help move real opportunities forward.

What the role looks like
As an SDR at SciSure, you’ll play a key role in our sales process - qualifying inbound leads, reaching out to new prospects, and making sure our Account Executives are having the right conversations with the right people.
You’ll be dialing, emailing, connecting on LinkedIn, and tracking it all in our CRM. You’ll also be part of refining how we do outreach, testing new messaging, and giving feedback that helps both marketing and sales improve.
What you’ll do:
Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls
Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social
Use Zoho CRM to track leads, tasks, and follow-ups
Collaborate with AEs to refine what a good lead looks like
Bring insights back from the field to help sharpen our messaging
What we’re looking for
We’re not necessarily looking for someone with 10 years of sales experience - we’re looking for someone with curiosity, drive, and a genuine interest in connecting with people.
You might be a good fit if:
You’re a natural communicator - clear, confident, and human
You’re comfortable picking up the phone and introducing yourself
You stay organized and follow through on what you say
You’re motivated, coachable, and excited to learn
You enjoy working independently, but you’re also a true team player
Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn, or AI sales software is a plus
Bonus points if you have any exposure to R&D, lab tech, or EHS
